While the program is built as a 2-week guided challenge, it's designed to work around your goals, schedule and lifestyle.

Option 1: 30-Day Challenge

Repeat Week 1 for Weeks 1 & 3, and Week 2 for Weeks 2 & 4

Do 3 workouts per week and space them out at your own pace

Meet Courtney

Courtney, Founder of Courtney Watts Studio

Hi, I'm Courtney — founder of Courtney Watts Studio.

My passion has always been helping others feel their best, strong, grounded and confident in both body and mind. After 15+ years in the fitness industry, from teaching in-person to guiding thousands online, I've seen firsthand how powerful movement can be, not just for physical strength, but for your overall wellbeing.

As a former professional dancer, I've always loved moving, but it wasn't until I blended pilates, strength and more holistic practices that I truly felt connected to myself. That's what this space is about — supporting your whole self. Yes, we train hard, but we also move mindfully, fuel our bodies with real food, and build routines that actually feel good and last.

Each class is thoughtfully created to challenge and support you — with a mix of softness and strength that mirrors how I approach life. Whether you're here to reset, level up, or just move with intention, I'm so glad you're here.

This community means the world to me, and I hope you always feel seen, supported, and empowered inside this space.
